My Personal Message:

I have specialized in Divorce, Custody and Family law litigation for over 30 years.

I found in the later years of my practice the judicial system lacking in its ability to address the concerns of clients.

Good Parents are losing custody and financial issues in their divorce cases just because they lack the knowledge, preparation and/or money to properly present their case. No one is there to keep them from falling through the cracks.

Cases linger with no resolve, attorneys refuse to do their work, and they charge exorbitant prices.

It just wasn’t fun to practice litigation any more.

EBOOKS:

I have written a series of reasonably priced Divorce and Custody ebooks. With my ebooks, No one has to be left behind unless they choose not to prepare themselves.

COACHING:

I provide telephonic and video One-on-one Personal Custody Coaching and Divorce Coaching services to help people through their actions and life changing experiences. With Coaching, the chances of obtaining an exceptionally successful outcome to one’s case increase dramatically, while attorney’s fees are substantially reduced.

MEDIATION:

I also provide Mediation Services for Custody and Divorce cases by telephonic or video conferences, saving people money, time and anguish as well as finding a healthy resolution to their differences.

My Mission:

My goal is to assist people through the child custody and divorce process by empowering them with knowledge and the ability to protect their own interests both inside and outside of the judicial system.

The one constant factor that leads to success in a child custody or divorce case is for the participant to take responsibility for themselves and their own case.  I help people:

* Get Informed
* Get Prepared, and
* Take Positive Action

to win their case  and as a result, make their life, and that of their children,  a better one now, and for years to come.
